This Tome Unlock is for Order and Destruction.

Sorry for posting this Warhammer Online Tome Unlock guide so late. I spent the majority of the sleeping FTW! When it gets cold I get sleepy and that means I will be in hibernation mode for the rest of the winter. Sleep is so great that you can’t wait to go back to sleep when you wake up. hehe. Here it is my lastest Tome Unlock Guide! This is for another pocket item called, “Squig Teeth Necklace.” It has no stats and goes in you Pocket item slot. When used it emotes, “You dangle the necklace and it makes a very quiet clinking as the teeth rattle together” and makes a rattling sound. You can check out the picture of it below.

This tome unlock is one the harder ones to complete depending on your rank.  In order to complete this unlock you will have to go inside a cave and retrieve a Freshy Mushroom.  It sounds pretty easy except the cave is filled with Rank 29 mobs/30 Champion that are closely packed together.  The Goblin Champion is pretty easy to avoid because he wanders around the cave.  I completed this Tome Unlock at Rank 30 but I would recommend that you are at least 31 or in a group to make it easier.  I had 4 mobs on me at once and I was able to pull through bearly.  The Freshy Mushroom is located in a Tier 3 zone, called Saphery.  You can check out the pictures below to help you find it.

As you can see from the pictures above the cave is located in the far south east corner of Saphery.  It shouldn’t be too hard to miss… it’s a cave.  There are a lot nooks and dead ends in the cave so try to stay on the main path. Upon entering head straight but stay slightly to the right.  At the bend make a left.  Head all the way down to the next bend and make a right.  The ground will change a bit so head downward to the right.  The Freshy Mushroom will be against the wall to your left.  This is the Tome Unlock mushroom, make sure you grab the correct one.  There are other mushrooms in there for another quest in the zone.  Once you click on the Freshy Mushroom you should receive an unlock, “Take a Break.”  Depending on if you are Destruction or Order, you will have to head to the city and buy your reward.

Destruction – Once you receive that unlock head to Inevitable City in the Chaos Zone.  Head west to, “The Lyceum.”  In there you will find a NPC named, “Disciple Venomstung.”  You will now be able to purchase the “Squig Teeth Necklace.”  Below are some screenshots to help you find Disciple Venomstung.

Order – Once you receive that unlock head to Altdorf in the Empire Zone.  Head west to, “Altdorf Library.” In there you will find a NPC named, “Mandred Vogt.”  You will now be able to purchase the “Squig Teeth Necklace.”  Below are some screenshots to help you find Mandred Vogt.

Congrats on your new necklace.  Just avoid wearing it around Squig Herders and you’ll be fine.
