This Tome Unlock Guide is for Both Factions.

Here are a series of pocket item tome unlocks located in oRvR areas.  I completed these on various alts over a course of a weekend.  I hope you find a use for them.  This Tome Unlock Guide is for a pocket item called, Discus Tech.  It goes in your pocket slot and has no stats.  When used it emotes, “You switch on the discus tech and a violent light show erupts, so you turn it off again immediately.”  It also creates a blue/purple wind like effect around your character.  You can see a picture of it below.

This tome unlock is very easy to obtain.  You can do it at any rank as long as you can make it to the area.  In order to complete this unlock you will have to click on an item named Hidden Scroll.  It is located in a Tier 3 oRvR lake called High Pass.  Below are some screen shots to help you find it.

As you can see from the pictures above, the hidden scroll is located east of the Western Battle Objective.  You can find it where the wall breaks next to a piece of the wall.  After you click on the Hidden Scroll you will receive the tome unlock “What do we have here?”  Depending on if you are Destruction or Order, you will have to head to the city and buy your reward.

Destruction – (Bugged – You can complete the unlock but the vendor does not sell it) Once you receive that unlock head to Inevitable City in the Chaos Zone.  Head west to The Lyceum.  In there you will find a NPC named Disciple Venomstung.  You will now be able to purchase the Discus Tech.  Below are some screen shots to help you find Disciple Venomstung.

Order - Once you receive that unlock head to Altdorf in the Empire Zone.  Head west to the Altdorf Library.  In there you will find a NPC named Mandred Vogt.  He is on the upper level.  You will now be able to purchase the Discus Tech.  Below are some screen shots to help you find Mandred Vogt.

That’s about it.  In order to use a pocket item equip it in your pocket slot.  After that drag the item from the equipment slot to your hot bar.  Click on the icon in your hot bar to use the item.  That’s about it.  Thanks for reading!
